Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Humphrey Home Interiors

At Humphrey Home Interiors, we value trust, transparency, and quality in every project. Because construction and interior works involve significant planning, materials, and labor, this Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. Deposits & Advance Payments

  • All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable. These funds secure scheduling, design, permits, and procurement of materials.

  • If a client cancels prior to work beginning, deposits will not be refunded but may be credited toward future services at the company’s discretion.

2. Work in Progress

  • Once construction has started, no refunds are issued for labor performed, subcontractor costs, or materials already purchased.

  • If a client cancels mid-project, only unused funds not allocated to work or materials may be considered for partial refund.

3. Completed Projects

  • After project completion and client sign-off, no refunds will be issued.

  • Any issues identified will be addressed under our Warranty Policy, not by refund.

4. Warranty & Quality Assurance

  • We stand behind the quality of our work. Instead of refunds, we provide repairs or corrections for any workmanship or material defects covered under the written warranty provided with your contract.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period stated in your agreement.

5. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The company is unable to begin or complete the project due to circumstances within our control.

  • A billing or accounting error results in an overpayment.
